Mr. Perry collects real estate like the fictional character “Madea” collects brushes with the law. He own’s houses in Beverly Hills, several houses in the Atlanta area, and an island in the Bahamas.
In 2013, he sold his swanky bachelor pad near Sunset Strip in LA for $11.2 million dollars.
I believe Mr. Perry is reorganizing his eal estate holding and priorites to fit his new family now that he has become a dad and he is building a new entertainment studio complex in Atlanta.
The Atlanta palatial mega-estate is 34,688 square feet and sits off the Chattahoochee river on 17 acres in Buckhead. It’s an exquisite estate with soaring ceilings gracing several living areas, including the grand foyer and the great room.
